The site is informational and collects project enquiries. Nothing is sold through the site and no payments are processed on it.
2. Quotes and contracting
Prices shown are starting points, not fixed offers. Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation for either side. Work begins only after a firm quote and an agreement accepted by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
The site's content (copy, design, graphics, code, the Tektyum mark and the tektite symbol) belongs to Tektyum Studio and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent. Project screenshots belong to their respective owners and are shown as portfolio work.
