1. Who we are

Tektyum Studio is a web design and AI automation studio based in Oradea, Romania (EU). 2. What we collect

No accounts, no background collection. We only process what you voluntarily send us:

• Contact form: name, email, project type, budget (optional) and your message.
• Direct contact (email, Discord): whatever you choose to share through those channels.
• Minimal technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes data such as IP addresses for security and delivery (see section 4).

3. Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and discuss the project: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).
• To keep a reasonable record of correspondence: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

No marketing lists, no newsletters, no profiling, no selling of data.

4. Processors we use

• Web3Forms (form relay): form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. Their policy: web3forms.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare (hosting/CDN): serves the site and processes technical security logs. Their policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Cookies & local storage

This site uses no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies, so no consent banner is required. We only use the browser's sessionStorage for strictly functional purposes: tk-entered (remembers you passed the intro this session), tk-en-pl (runs the loading animation once per session), tk-wipe (a sub-second page-transition flag, cleared immediately), tk-chat-v1 (keeps your chat-assistant conversation for the current session · the conversation stays in your browser and is never sent to any server) and tk-chat-tease (remembers the chat greeting was already shown). These values never leave your browser and are cleared when the session ends.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the discussion requires and, if no collaboration follows, for at most 2 years from the last contact. Client data is kept as required by accounting and contractual obligations.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania: dataprotection.ro). To exercise any right, email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.

8. Security & changes

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and form data is not stored in any database of ours. We will update this policy when needed (for instance, once company registration completes); the date above reflects the latest version.
